The Concrete Platz is 6.5" deep and fits perfectly in the back section of the kitchen counter, leaving you the prime workspace to do all the cooking prep work. Cast with our Gaia textured concrete, can accommodate up to five, 1" thick boards in various lengths, thanks to its open end design.

This month our winery feature in the Rock Bottom starts with the letter “B”, Bask Wine.

Picked up their bottle of Crisp Rosé and a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc at our local LCBO, who’s staff is so awesome and enthusiastic. When I told them we are featuring a wine each month by selecting a winery by working through the alphabet they jumped on board and got me up to “E” already, so we’re set until October ;)

Using the Rock Bottom Vessel
The concrete base was chilled in the freezer for 4 hours and the bottle of Rosé was chilling in the fridge for 2 hours. If serving outside with sunny temps of 30 degrees Celsius, you’ve got about 1 hour of 11 degrees serving temp.

 We poured the bottle of wine into the 1000ml flask and let it breath for 10 mins.

This Rosé features 0g of sugar per 3/4 cup without sacrificing taste or alcohol content (12%) . It’s crisp and fruity. Perfect for summer sipping.
