02. Product Hightlight Oil and Vinegar Set
A pair of 250ml tempered science glass flasks, each refined with a removable espresso brown coloured leather wrap, served up on an earthy walnut tray, accented with our hand-cast textured grey concrete.
This set is perfect for infusing and serving small batches of oil and vinegar while having it out to enjoy and use on the counter. Concocting and experimenting is what cooking is all about.
Tasting Notes “Mouth watering aromas of summery red cherry, currant and red plum, are seasoned with fragrant rose petal, lavender and anise. Characteristic flavors of pomegranate, cranberry, and pie cherry coat the palate with a pleasing weightiness. Tannin and acid are balanced for a smooth and lengthy finish.”
Chill the concrete base in the freezer for 4 hours +
Bottle of red is at room temperature
Pour the wine from bottle to flask and let the it rest (swirl away here) for 20 mins.
Serving temp will be approx 18 degrees for about 1.5 hours.
We did some research on pairing this wine and stumbled on a suggestion we most definitely had to try. It involved baking oatmeal cookies from our favourite cookbook, Just Crumbs Baked, which is a must have for cookbook lovers.
Dunking oatmeal raisin cookies into a glass full of Pinot Noir ? OH, YES PLEASE !
