We were recently approached to create a handful of custom pieces by the folks at Village Hair Studio, a new salon in St. George, ON, that will be opening it's doors in March.  The studio is located in a gorgeous space with exposed brick walls which date back to the early 1800's.  It will be a perfect home for our furniture! We designed 2 solid walnut display shelves with robust raw edging which will serve as display pieces for hair care products.  They stand 6' tall, 2.5' wide, and the shelves increase in size from approximately 7"-16" from top to bottom.

Ever wondered what the difference is between cement and concrete? Well, maybe not...but here at Studio50, concrete is an everyday thing. It’s not unusual to hear the two terms used interchangeably, but they are definitely two very different things.
