We ship using the best shipping method for your specific destination. For our domestic Canadian orders we use various couriers and Canada Post.
For orders shipping to the United States of America (international) we will typically ship UPS.
Receiver is responsible for any duty or brokerage fees for their order.
We take extra care to package your purchased merchandise so the piece(s) arrive to you safely. However, we cannot guarantee the same precaution is taken by the couriers. As a result, shipping fees are non-refundable.
You will receive a confirmation of shipment along with tracking details as soon as your purchase has shipped.
Studio50 is not liable for lost or undelivered goods. Proof of shipment is available, at any time, at the customer’s request.
Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery... Most orders are processed next business day, and picked up by couriers the following day.
Local pick up is available at our Paris Ontario, studio. Please visit our store during business hours to pick up your order or select a curbside pick-up day and time when placing your online order.
