Feature Wine
letter "D"

This month our winery feature in the Rock Bottom starts with the letter “D”.

We headed down to our local LCBO here in Paris Ontario and picked out a beautiful bottle ofDona Paula Malbec

It's ideal to give bold reds room to breath, so we used our Rock Bottom 2.0 with its 2000ml flask. It offers a bottle of wine plenty of space for swirling and introducing it to lots of fresh air.

How-To

Chill the concrete base in the freezer for 4 hours +
Bottle of red is at room temperature
Pour the wine from bottle to flask and let the it rest (swirl away here) for 20 mins.
Serving temp will be approx 18 degrees for about 1.5 hours.
